VTS

Get more out of the tools your business runs on.

We implement and improve CRMs, connect software, and automate repeated steps so your team has less manual work between systems.

What we can help with

Useful tools.
Less work between them.

Make customer information easier to use, move it between the right tools, and cut repeated manual steps. We check what your systems can support before agreeing on the work.

CRM implementation and optimization

Give your team a CRM configured for the work they do.

We configure and improve your CRM, from pipelines and customer data to routing, automation, and reporting. That can mean implementing a new CRM or improving the setup you already use.

  • Pipeline design, fields, and forms
  • Lead routing and follow-up rules
  • Record cleanup, imports, and reporting
  • Testing and everyday-use guidance
Built around clear ownership and follow-up.

Software integrations

Move the right information between the systems you use.

We map where information belongs, build the connection, and test what happens when data is incomplete or a transfer fails.

  • System and data-pipeline mapping
  • Connector, API, and access review
  • Data synchronization and reporting connections
  • Field mapping and exception testing
Transfers are tested for common exceptions.

Workflow automation

Automate repeated steps while keeping people in control.

We define the trigger, action, owner, and review points, then build and test the workflow.

  • Triggers, conditions, and responsible people
  • Task creation, alerts, and record updates
  • Approval and human review points
  • Checks, documentation, and handover
Human review stays where it adds value.
How we work

From an agreed scope
to working systems.

We define the changes, build and test them against the real process, then help your team put them to use. Handover and any ongoing help are agreed for the project.

  1. Define the work

Review your software and process, then agree what will change, what will stay, and how we will check the result.

  2. Build and connect

Configure the CRM, connect the agreed tools, and implement the automation rules.

  3. Test and launch

Check the records, routing, and exceptions with your team. Put the changes into use and explain how they work.

  4. Keep improving

Hand over the documented setup, or continue with maintenance, monitoring, and improvements within an agreed ongoing scope.

Before we start

A few practical
questions.

No need to have the solution mapped out before talking to us.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Not necessarily. We review what your software can do before recommending a change. Better configuration or a connection between tools may be enough. If a tool cannot meet the requirement, we explain the options before proposing a replacement.

Can we start with one problem?

Yes. We can focus on a CRM issue, a specific handoff, or one repeated workflow. If the problem reaches across several systems, we identify those dependencies before defining the work.

Can every tool be connected?

Not always. Available integrations, APIs, permissions, subscription plans, and the information each tool exposes determine what is practical. We review those limits before committing to an implementation.

What happens after implementation?

We agree on the documentation, access, and team guidance needed to hand over the setup. You can manage it with your team or another provider, or engage us for maintenance, monitoring, and improvements. The systems covered, responsibilities, and support boundaries are agreed before ongoing work begins.
