VTS Capital LLC / Velociteam Studios

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026

VTS Capital LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Velociteam Studios ("we," "us," "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit this website (the "Site"), contact us, or work with us.

Please read this Policy carefully. With your consent, the Site uses tracking and identity resolution technologies that can identify you as an individual even if you never fill out a form. These technologies do not run by default. When you arrive, non-essential cookies, advertising pixels, and the identity resolution pixel are blocked until you make a choice in the cookie banner. If you decline, take no action, or arrive with a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off.

What This Policy Covers

This Policy covers the Site, the contact tools on it (including any contact form, chat assistant, or voice assistant we make available), and the consulting and implementation services we provide. Applications and platforms we operate separately have their own terms.

When we work for a client, we often handle personal information that belongs to the client or the client's customers. That information is processed on the client's behalf under our written engagement agreement, and the client's own privacy policy governs it. See "Client Data in Our Work" below.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact details: Name, email address, phone number, company, and role when you email us or submit a contact form
  • Your message: The content of forms, emails, and other messages you send us, including details about your business and the work you are considering
  • Conversations with site assistants: If you use a chat or voice assistant on the Site, we keep the transcript and, for voice, may keep a recording. You will be told before a conversation is recorded.
  • Communication preferences: Any choices you make about how we may contact you

Information Collected Automatically

  • Hosting logs: IP address, browser type, requested pages, referring page, and timestamps, collected by our hosting provider to operate and secure the Site
  • Analytics and usage data (with consent): Pages visited, links clicked, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser characteristics
  • Device signals (with consent): Operating system, screen size, language, and browser attributes that together may form a device fingerprint used by the identity resolution pixel described below

Information From Third-Party Sources

With your consent to marketing cookies, we may receive information about you from identity resolution and data enrichment providers, including name, business contact details, company, role, and professional attributes. We combine this with your visit to identify who is visiting the Site and to follow up.

Cookies, Analytics, Advertising Pixels, and Visitor Identification

Consent comes first. Non-essential technologies load only after you choose "Accept all" or enable a category in the cookie banner. You can reopen the banner and change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the Site footer.

Strictly Necessary

A small number of cookies and local storage entries are required for the Site to work, including the one that remembers your cookie choice. These do not require consent.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google may set cookies and process your IP address and usage data under its own privacy policy.

Marketing and Advertising Pixels

With your consent we may load tags and pixels from advertising and social platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft or LinkedIn. These companies collect your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, and actions such as form submissions, and use that data for their own purposes, including ad measurement, audience building, and retargeting across other sites. Under some state privacy laws this is treated as "sharing" or "selling" personal information for targeted advertising. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Identity Resolution

With your consent to marketing cookies, we use an identity resolution pixel from a third-party data vendor to identify visitors who would otherwise remain anonymous. The pixel collects signals such as your IP address, device and browser fingerprint, cookie identifiers, and on-Site behavior, and matches them against third-party identity graphs that link online identifiers to known individuals. A consenting visit may be resolved to a known person, including name, business email, phone number, company, and role, even if you did not fill out a form.

We use resolved visitor data to understand which companies and people are interested in our services, to build and enrich prospect records, and to follow up by email or phone. This activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. You can opt out at any time; see "Your Choices" below.

Artificial Intelligence

On the Site

We may offer a chat assistant or voice assistant on the Site to answer questions and help you describe your project. When you use one, you may be interacting with an AI system rather than a person. The assistant will identify itself as automated. Conversations are transcribed and stored so we can follow up, improve the assistant, and keep a record of your inquiry. Voice conversations may be recorded; you will be told before recording begins. AI responses can be wrong or incomplete and are not professional advice. Anything you tell an assistant is treated as a message to us under this Policy.

In Our Work

We use AI tools in our consulting and implementation work, including for drafting, code, research, meeting notes, and building AI features for clients. We review each tool's terms on data use, retention, and model training before using it with client information, and we limit what we share to what the task needs. Where a client's engagement agreement restricts the use of AI tools or specific vendors, that agreement controls.

Client Data in Our Work

Delivering business systems, websites, custom applications, and AI integrations often means we access a client's CRM, customer records, website inquiries, or other systems that contain personal information. In those cases we act as a service provider or processor for the client. We use that information only to perform the agreed work, follow the client's instructions and our engagement agreement, keep access limited to the people working on the engagement, and return or delete it when the engagement ends or as the agreement requires. Individuals whose information is held by one of our clients should contact that client to exercise their privacy rights.

How We Use Information

  • Responding to you: To answer inquiries, schedule conversations, and prepare proposals
  • Delivering services: To perform engagements and provide ongoing support
  • Follow-up and marketing: To contact people and companies who have expressed interest in our services, including visitors identified through consented identity resolution
  • Improving the Site: To understand how visitors use the Site and make it more useful
  • Advertising measurement: To measure campaigns and reach relevant audiences, with your consent
  • Security and legal: To protect the Site, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with law

Marketing Communications

When you contact us, we may reply by email or phone about your inquiry. We may also send occasional emails about our services to people who have inquired or been identified through consented visitor identification. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We send text messages only with your express consent; you can reply STOP at any time. You may withdraw consent to any marketing by emailing privacy@velociteamstrategies.com.

How We Share Information

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Providers that host the Site and store form submissions
  • Business tools: Our email, CRM, scheduling, and project tools, including a CRM where contact form submissions are stored so we can follow up
  • Analytics and advertising partners: The platforms described above, when you consent to analytics or marketing cookies
  • Identity resolution and data providers: Vendors that perform visitor identification and data enrichment, when you consent to marketing cookies
  • AI vendors: Providers that power site assistants and the tools we use in our work
  • Professional advisers: Accountants, lawyers, and insurers as needed to run the business
  • Legal and safety: Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • Business transfers: A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

Sale or sharing. The advertising pixels and identity resolution described above may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. You can opt out; see "Your Choices." We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Your Choices

Cookie Preferences

Decline non-essential cookies in the banner when you arrive, or change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the Site footer. Rejecting the Marketing category turns off advertising pixels and the identity resolution pixel.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing and a rejection of non-essential cookies for that browser. The banner will not ask you to accept.

Opt Out by Email

Email privacy@velociteamstrategies.com with the subject "Opt Out" to opt out of visitor identification, targeted advertising, and marketing outreach.

Industry Tools

You can also limit interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices and the Network Advertising Initiative at networkadvertising.org/choices, and through the ad settings of Google, Meta, and Microsoft or LinkedIn.

Your Privacy Rights

Anyone may ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. We will honor those requests unless we need to keep the information for a legal, security, or contractual reason.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know and access the personal information we collect, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and port their data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling.

EU, EEA, and UK Residents

Our services are directed to businesses in the United States. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing including direct marketing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Email privacy@velociteamstrategies.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to act for you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, established hosting and business-tool providers, multi-factor authentication on our accounts, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through the contact form, email, or a site assistant.

Data Retention

We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain a record of our business relationship, and then for as long as required by law or to resolve disputes. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of each platform. Client data handled during an engagement is retained as the engagement agreement requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information we already hold, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Policy.
